Terms of Use

Effective August 25, 2026  ·  Last updated August 25, 2026

These terms govern your use of appitome.com and the material published on it. They are the terms for the website. If you become a Appitome customer, the separate written agreement you sign with Appitome Inc. governs the service itself, and where the two documents disagree, that agreement wins.

1. Who you are agreeing with

This site is operated by Appitome Inc. ("Appitome," "we," "us," or "our"), a Delaware corporation. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site.

2. Permitted use

You may read, print and share this site's pages for your own business evaluation. You may not:

3. Ownership

The site, its text, layout, graphics, code and the Appitome name and marks belong to Appitome Inc. or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Nothing here transfers any of that to you. Third party names and marks that appear on the site belong to their owners and are used to identify their products.

4. Anything you send us

If you send us feedback, suggestions or ideas through this site, you give us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty free licence to use them without obligation or compensation. Do not send us anything you consider confidential, and do not send us anything you are not free to share. Personal information you submit is handled under our Privacy Policy.

5. What this site is and is not

The content here describes our products and our view of the market. It is general information. It is not legal, financial, tax or professional advice, and it is not a promise about the results you will get. Figures, benchmarks and third party statistics are cited as published by their sources and we do not warrant their accuracy.

Product descriptions, roadmap statements and anything labelled as forthcoming reflect our current plans and may change without notice. A page on this site is not an offer, and it does not create a contract.

6. Pricing

Any price shown on this site is indicative and subject to change. Pricing becomes binding only in a signed order form or written agreement.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the site available but we do not guarantee it. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time, and we may restrict access to some parts. We are not liable to you if the site is unavailable for any period.

8. Links out

This site links to sites we do not control. Those links are provided for convenience and are not an endorsement. We are not responsible for their content, their practices, or anything that happens to you there.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Appitome Inc. disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error free, secure, or free of harmful components, or that any content on it is accurate or complete.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Appitome Inc. and its officers, directors, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, business or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of this site, whether the claim is in contract, tort, or any other theory, and whether or not we were advised such damages were possible.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to this site and these terms will not exceed one hundred United States dollars (US$100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Appitome Inc. harmless from any claim, loss, liability or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or this site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction. If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in force.

13. Changes

We may revise these terms. The "Last updated" date above will change when we do. Continuing to use the site after a revision means you accept it. Material changes will be flagged on this page.

14. Contact

These terms are provided for information and have not been reviewed by counsel. For legal advice specific to your situation, consult a qualified attorney.
